Geoffrey Gordon-Creed has extensive experience handling a broad range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes,
product liability cases, personal injury claims, employment matters, construction defect and contract claims. Mr. Gordon-Creed is an AV rated attorney who has tried cases to successful
verdicts before juries in state and federal courts throughout Northern California.
Mr. Gordon-Creed acts as a court appointed arbitrator and mediator with the San Francisco Superior Court and the San Francisco Bar Association. He also serves as an adjunct faculty
member for the University of San Francisco School of Law Intensive Advocacy Program.
Before forming Gordon-Creed & Kelley, the predecessor to the current firm, Mr. Gordon-Creed served as a Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco, where he practiced
on the Trial Team. Mr. Gordon-Creed has served as a member and acting Chair of the San Francisco Ethics Commission.
Geoffrey Gordon-Creed received his B.A. in history from the University of Virginia in 1984. He obtained his J.D. from the National Law Center at George Washington University in 1988.
Mr. Gordon-Creed is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Central Districts of California,
and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. |
