Bridget A. McKinstry

Bridget A. McKinstry is an experienced litigator having managed a diverse caseload representing clients in product liability, breach of warranty, premises liability, wrongful termination, personal injury and toxic tort actions. She is active in all phases of litigation from initial analysis to verdict, including trial readiness, pre-trial motions, jury selection, trial, and ADR. Bridget has extensive experience challenging pleadings, taking and defending depositions, preparing successful dispostive motions, second chair trial experience, and in mediation and settlement negotiations.

During law school, Bridget served as judicial extern to the Honorable Ming W. Chin, Associate Justice of the California Supreme Court as well as to the Honorable Paul Turner, Presiding Justice of the California Court of Appeals, Division 5. She received the CALI Award for Excellence and served on the board of the Women’s Law Association.

Bridget spends her free time volunteering at her son’s high school and cheering on her Bay Area sports teams.
