Teke Kelley is a founding member of Gordon-Creed, Kelley, Holl & Sugerman. During his twenty-plus years of practice, he has represented clients in a multitude of business disputes, including real estate, premises liability, employment, product liability and construction related matters. Mr. Kelley is an AV rated attorney who has successfully tried cases and argued appeals in Northern California state and federal courts. Mr. Kelley is intimately familiar with all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has served frequently as an arbitrator for the San Francisco Superior Court and as a mediator for the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Mr. Kelley has a strong commitment to community service and volunteerism.
- He is the Chair of the Bay Area Board of Directors of Summer Search, a leading mentoring organization for at-risk youth. He also serves on the National Board of Summer Search.
- He is a Trustee of Marin Academy High School in San Rafael, California, where he chairs the Strategic Alignment Committee.
- He is a Co-chair of the Parents’ Committee for Duke University.
Mr. Kelley Lives in Marin County with his wife and three children. He is an avid tennis player, golfer and mountain bike rider. He loves to cook, collect wine, travel, and spend time in the Napa Valley.
Mr. Kelley was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. He received his B.A. in English literature from the University of Nevada in 1987. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1990, where he was an editor of the Law Review and served on the Moot Court Board.
